Technical experience in the administration of Tibco products (Tibco Business Works 5.X, Tibco EMS (Enterprise Messaging service), Tibco Hawk, Tibco Cloud, Tibco Mashrey)
- Experience with configuration, integration, backup and troubleshooting for the product
- Configure load balancing, SSL/TLS, Routing configuration
- Monitor, fine-tune, troubleshoot and resolve product related issues
- Track and review the software lifecycle for the packages and upgrade to supported version if any software reaching end of support.
- Attend to and solve all the production incidents/problems within the stipulated time as stated in the SLA
- Work with vendors on products defects and implement workarounds/solutions provided
- Automate standard service offerings related to the deployment, maintenance, as appropriate.
- Articulate technical and business-related problems and solutions in a concise, effective manner.
- Take ownership of the activities assigned and opportunities for improvement, driving the work to completion for the definition of done.

**Required Skills**:

- Possess a degree in Information Technology or related fields.
- Certified on TIBCO: TCA/TCP/TCAM in TIBCO Cloud / Messaging / BusinessWorks / Cloud API Management
- Strong Linux shell scripting experience is a must. Background in Windows is a plus.
- 3+ years of relevant hands on work experience in Middleware Administration
- Systematic problem-solving approach and general curiosity required to solve difficult issues.
- Engineering mindset - focus on designing,implementing, and improving processes and technology.
- Strong communication skills.
