Initially set up in 1982 as the NTUC Computer Training Centre, a division under the Skills Development Department of the NTUC Administration and Research Unit, the organisation has evolved to meet the burgeoning training needs of Singaporeans to continuously keep pace with the dynamic business economy.
DESIGNATION : Associate Trainer for Implementing and Sustaining Workplace Learning
RESPONSIBILITIES
- We are looking for enthusiastic and professional trainers to impart the relevant knowledge and skills to Learners to understand the **objectives and critical drivers** for **workplace learning practices** in an enterprise, **facilitating such practices as a coach, and supporting such practices at the enterprise level.**:
- Set up, administer, and assist with maintaining classroom equipment.
- Conduct **enterprise level workplace learning gap** and **diagnostic** analysis for corporate customers.
- Partner with clients to uncover business needs and objectives, craft appropriate strategies and solutions, and identify/implement and successfully manage the execution of the **training** **plan for this program**.
- Craft out end-to-end pre and post course corporate solutioning.
- Contextualise programme objectives, desired learning outcomes, and performance metrics.
- Customise delivery schedule to company’s needs.
- Conduct thought-mapping process to link company goals and objectives to solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Preferably Degree Holder.
OTHER INFORMATION
- At least **15** years of relevant working experience holding senior leadership position.
- Strong strategic management, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
- Able to motivate and engage learners and provide fun while imparting values using games and activities.
- Proven expertise in demonstrating an **array of facilitative and coaching techniques for diverse levels of target learners and coachees.**:
- Proven expertise in **delivering synchronous online teaching and group activities in an engaging and facilitative manner that is conducive for adult professional peer co-learning.**:
- Proven experience in prioritising resources to strengthen operations and deliver value to meet the identified business and market needs.
- Proven experience in establishing alignment among different stakeholders’ needs and objectives to achieve intended outcomes.
- Proven expertise in identifying important and relevant external and internal drivers which will impact the (client) company in the immediate, short and medium term.
