Singapore GREEHILL ASIA-PACIFIC PTE. LTD. Full time

The first part of the role begins when a commercial lead becomes a qualified prospect, i.e. when the Business Developers (BDs) are in project-specific discussions with the client about implementing the greehill solution. From this point, the PM will support the BDs until the deal closes and will take responsibility for reviewing and countersigning all formal proposals issued.
- The second part of the role begins once the deal is closed, and the project moves into the execution phase. The PM now takes full responsibility for managing the delivery of the project to greehill's quality standards, timeframe, and budget, always working in full harmony with the greehill production team. At this stage, the PM will also manage the LIDAR scanning team - drivers, navigators and GIS operators - responsible for planning and collecting the city's urban forest data. Knowledge of LIDAR data collection would therefore be an advantage. At the end of the delivery phase, when all the information has been uploaded to the greehill platform and tested, the PM will hand over the project to the client by training them on greehill’s web-based platform.

This is a regional role that will require travels in APAC region from time to time.

The PM will report to the Head of the APAC Regional Business Unit.

**Your mission will be to**:

- Support BDs with technical aspect of the sales until the contract is signed: project scoping, effort and budget evaluation, technical proposal, contract finalization.
- Help effectively negotiate project scope, timelines, and costs effectively with customers, partners and internal stakeholders to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Responsible for the project delivery including data acquisition (MLS/TLS) and transfer to production, quality control and hand-over to the customer and training of users.
- Be the point of contact to the customer for all related project matters, except commercial topics that will be handled jointly with the BDs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for BDs for all topics related to project scope, timelines, and technology, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of information.
- Travel within the region, attending face-to-face meetings with clients as required.

**You have**:

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proven experience with LIDAR scanning related projects.
- Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on client communication.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, including field operations and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel and adapt to short notice travel.
- Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Multicultural working experience.

**Nice to have**:

- Experience with CAD, GIS or 3D modelling software (or similar).
