**Job Scope**:

- To work with brand owner to plan and execute sales activities across official stores on marketplace platforms.
- To engage and coordinate with partners at the marketplace platforms and other e-retailers to ensure prompt execution of sales activities.
- To be responsible for the monthly sales targets for the accounts assigned.

**Core Tasks**:
Marketplace Excellence
- To enhance consumers' online store experience.
- To manage listings on marketplace platforms.
- To manage promotions on marketplace platforms.
- To coordinate with colleagues from other functions to ensure proper and prompt execution of e-commerce activities.

Key Account / Customer Relationship Management
- To engage and develop strong partnership with Key Accounts to ensure delivery of sales targets.
- To manage and negotiate for media buys and visibility on e-retailers' sites.
- To actively explore opportunities such as cross-brand partnershops.

Consumer Engagement Activation
- To focus on driving activities that build brand awareness and increase sales conversion.
- To analyze ratings and reviews to further develop and enhance the consumer experience.
- To oversee the planning and execution of content on e-retailers' sites.

Sales Performance Reports & Analysis
- To be responsible for monthly reports on sales performance and inventory.
- To generate reports to monitor and track sales performance of assigned accounts.
- To be responsible for ROI analysis for sales activities, including promotion and media spend.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or equivalent
- 2 or more years' experience in managing e-commerce accounts
- Has sound knowledge of current processes on e-retailers' platforms
- Has sound knowledge of sales functions, such as trade marketing, field operations, etc.
- Has sound knowledge of SEO/SEM/UTM/APIs/CRM
