- collaborative and experienced action-oriented individual with a “can-do” attitude to drive high volume luxury leasing production with their ability to manage complex and delicate situations. This individual must be able to adapt their approach and demeanor to match shifting demands and priorities all while building partnerships with effective communication and risk management._
Key Responsibilities - Coordinator:
- Preparation of lease proposals for Prospects which includes: Letters of Intent, various brochures/marketing materials, lease plans, and detailed space drawings.
- Responsible for the entry and review of leasing deals for accuracy and adherence to company standards.
- Leverages Salesforce to track deal approvals and workflow to ensure that all Proposals are properly moving through various departments in a timely manner. Updates deal paperwork as needed to address all deal terms concerns to address approvers needs.
- Provides clear and concise direction to remove obstacles and deliver high-quality results.
- Has an innate ability to professionally and diplomatically interact with Senior Executives of Premium Global Luxury Brands.
- Interfaces with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of Head of Leasing and Head of Commercial Strategy for the Airports Division.
- Forward thinking problem solver with a keen eye for detail; able to work with senior executives to help uncover win-win solutions.
- Prospects for potential Tenants - having an eye for upcoming trends and new business concepts is a plus.
- Assist dealmakers to ensure accuracy on complex economic business terms during negotiations to ensure the highest quality standards are met.
- Develop a thorough understanding of market understanding and competitive analysis for the portfolio.
- Communicate internally with leasing and asset management teams on the status of leasing activity.
- General administrative support to multiple dealmakers including but not limited to: calendar management, scheduling travel, meeting preparation and expense management.
- Bachelor’s degree and minimum 5 years’ experience working in an administrative support and/or project management position with fast-paced executives.
- Action oriented individual capable of thriving in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Strong relationship building and team skills.
- Individual must be professional and positive in nature, energetic, and self-motivating who can work with various levels of supervision.
- Outstanding prioritization and organizational skills with the ability to multitask to meet tight deadlines. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities are required.
- Decision-making qualities including effectively balancing and integrating business intuition.
- Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and effectively with various levels of management and external business partners.
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to clearly and concisely articulate point of view both verbally and in writing.
- Expectation of complete confidentiality on all business matters
- Exceptional computer skills with knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and strong internet research skills. Knowledge and working proficiency in Salesforce, Adobe Creative Suite and Bluebeam is a plus.
- Experience in commercial real estate and providing support to more than one supervisor is beneficial.
Compensation
Non-Exempt
$60,000 - $75,000
