**About the Role**:
It’s an exciting time within Olympus as we shape our IT function into a Global IT operating model. As such, we are seeking to appoint a full time **User Adoption Lead **to join our Global IT / Solution Delivery Function / Shared Services team. The position will be based in our Asia-pacific Headquarters, Singapore.

Reporting to the Shared Services Lead, you will be responsible for the following:

- Establish good practice for user training and set standards / frameworks for deploying training for new / updated technology platforms and solutions.
- Develop and deliver a communication strategy for the organization concerning all corresponding changes in technology, systems, platforms, and products that are key to the organization.
- Lead, motivate, develop, and appraise team members so that their individual and collective performance is of the required standard and meets the current and future needs of the business.

**Role location**:
Whilst we are a truly global organisation, the location of this role must be based in Singapore. For those seeking to relocate to Singapore, relocation support will not be offered.

**What we are looking for**:
You will consider yourself to be a proactive, achievement-orientated and a determined individual with:

- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in the field of IT with at least 5 years of experience in a lead role within a communication and change function in an international commercial organization.
- Experience in change management providing tactical execution of change strategies and communications
- Proven experience in conducting, managing, and leading communications, change communications, employee engagement /employee experience, and change management.
- plans following a structured change management methodology.
- At least 5 years of experience in managing staff, including work review.
