We are looking for a Chief Marketing Officer to develop strategies, manage our marketing team, programmers and graphic designers, and oversee the execution of various marketing campaigns.

**Job Duties Overview**:
As the Chief Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for creating, developing and executing marketing strategies for clients to increase their online presence, generate and increase revenue, grow and retain customer brand loyalty, and analyze campaign statistics. You will be working closely with the clients’ senior level executives to understand their needs, identify and manage risks and issues. You are in charge of developing comprehensive marketing plan to launch, and manage timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, as well as contingency plans. To ensure successful execution of the marketing objectives, you will work closely with the graphical teams, programmers and coders in developing and creating eye-catching, click-worthy content. You will also communicate specific campaign statistics to clients and advise them on a data-driven marketing strategy.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work directly with company owners and high-level executives to understand and assess their marketing and streamlining needs.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan specific to the client.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., management, marketing, sales, graphics, programmers, coders, content etc.) to ensure successful execution of marketing campaigns to meet client’s objectives.
- Facilitate communication between multiple teams and clients, managing expectations and outcomes.
- Create business proposals and presentations, with documentation, and regularly report projects and revenue to clients.
- Communicate with the graphics team to create engaging and relevant content for successful CTR.
- Work with the programmer and coder teams to ensure the website and user experience are optimized for marketing and user acquisition, including overseeing an SEO development team.
- Organize and schedule promotional campaigns with the website Content Director to ensure they run seamlessly on the website, as part of the marketing plans.
- Team up with the Marketing department to demonstrate organic traffic revenue, through repeat purchase behaviors and long-term customer engagement, building a customer loyalty program to reduce paid for media dependency.
- Manage and grow the social media presence by creating and publishing engaging content and analyzing performance metrics.
- Analyze marketing data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize future marketing efforts.
- Track, monitor and report key performance indicators for customer retention.
- Continue making improvements to the company by finding new ways to streamline and achieve results with new management processes, tools, techniques and programs.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging marketing technologies.
- Responsible for exploring new ways to engage with client’s customer base and creating an online presence using campaign ads and trades ranging from organic traffic, referral, partnerships, and content marketing.

**Main Qualifications**:

- Minimum 15 years of experience in Executive / Director level positions in management or project management (preferably in online marketing).
- Minimum 10 years of direct, relevant experience in customer retention, customer engagement or service, and marketing and strategic development (strong preference for experience in leading eCommerce company).
- 8+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B or B2C marketing environment.
- Must possess a strong leadership skill, positive attitude and must be a supportive team player.
- Proven experience in leading and delivering successful marketing projects, from the conception to launch, across multiple markets, such as: North America and European countries.
- Proven success in increasing profitability, brand awareness, and customer retention.
- Experienced in conducting data analysis and presenting results.
- Must have a deep understanding and knowledge of these marketing programs: OnGage, Sendy and GoAdServer.
- Strong knowledge of CTA, CTR, SEO, and other standard Marketing terms.
- Must be proficient in English and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work Pacific Standard Time USA.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Expertise in executing and managing multi-themed marketing campaigns including online marketing, product marketing and direct marketing to past and present customer base.
