**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist Senior Professional Engineers in conducting inspections of lifts and escalators, including annual no-load and 5-yearly load testing, in accordance with BCA and MOM regulations.
- Perform site audits to ensure proper installation, operation, and maintenance, meeting required safety and performance standards.
- Carry out inspections based on established procedures and ensure accurate documentation of inspection results.

**Requirements**:

- **Registered with IES/ACES**and **holds valid LEI Accreditation**.
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Relevant working experience in lifts and escalators:
**At least 3 years**for degree holders, or
**At least 6 years**for diploma holders.
- Experience in one or more of the following areas:
Testing and commissioning of new lift installations and modernization works
Maintenance services, including repair works, emergency call handling, and fault rectification
Design and planning of lifts across various brands
- Strong understanding of risk-based assessment and safety regulations
- Physically and mentally fit for high-risk site inspections
