**Senior Technical Sales Specialist/ Technical Sales Engineer**

**(Radio Frequency RF Products)**

**Roles**
- Identify key customer needs and map the customer’s needs to the products and services that the company can offer.
- Develop potential business opportunities by understanding market conditions, customer segments, cultures and sustainability-related initiatives.
- Develop sales tactics, set sales targets and proceed to exceed targets. range of products and services and prospects for customers in country and region.
- Provide market feedback on competitive offerings and product development Ideas

**Requirements**:

- **Tertiary education, preferably with Electronics Engineering background.**:

- Experience At least 3 yrs as Sales and/or Marketing for Wireless Communications and RF Microwave and/or semiconductor industry.
- **Those without job experience **but with wireless communication/RF Microwave educational background will be considered for Specialist role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good interpersonal skill, EQ and attitude.
- At least 2 years of Supervisory role (for Assistant Manager and Manager positions)
- Project Management skills
