Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Radio Frequency Engineer to fill a critical role in our organization.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of radio frequency engineering principles and practices, with experience in commissioning/maintaining BTS equipment and performing RF testing and troubleshooting.

Duties:

  • Perform RAN preventive/corrective maintenance, managing daily operations and upkeep of RAN equipment.
  • Diagnose and resolve network issues to maintain performance.
  • Implement updates and upgrades for RAN components.
  • Monitor and enhance the RAN's efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Possess 3 years working experience in out-field operations, with at least 1 year relevant experience in the mobile network industry.
  • Possess experience in commissioning/maintaining BTS equipment.
  • Possess Class 3 driving license.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform RF testing and troubleshooting, including design and planning of RF network coverage using RF test tools.
  • Monitor and identify network failures, execute corrective actions, report, and update customers.
