This is an exciting regional role **ideal for technically trained individuals (lab/R&D/product development) looking to pivot into marketing**— offering hands-on exposure in working closely with Sales, Technical, and Business Development teams to drive product promotion across Asia-Pacific.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop engaging B2B marketing materials such as brochures, sales decks, digital content, and product toolkits in collaboration with the Business Development team
- Support product launches, campaigns, trade exhibitions, and webinars across Asia-Pacific
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities and guide go-to-market strategies
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Technical, Sales, and Regulatory teams for timely project delivery
- Produce technical-commercial content that bridges scientific value with market relevance
- Participate in customer meetings, conferences, and industry events to support branding and engagement
- Track marketing performance metrics to measure effectiveness and support business decisions

**Key Requirements**:

- Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Marketing, or a related science discipline
- **More than 2 years of B2B marketing experience OR lab/technical experience with a strong interest in marketing**:

- Background in chemical, ingredients, or personal care sectors preferred
- Familiarity with Canva, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Proactive, creative, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a regional setup
