By joining this team, you will gain marketable software development and/or network operation experiences in data center networking on a massive scale.We are seeking a Cloud Network Engineer to join our network engineering team based in Singapore. You'll be part of Bytedance global network infrastructure team and focus more on public cloud technologies. Building and operating our public cloud network infrastructure, brings satisfaction to both internal and external customers.Responsibilities
- Responsible for building, delivery and daily operation of ByteDance's public cloud infrastructure
- Responsible for high level and low level design, road-map and standardization of ByteDance's public cloud infrastructure
- Responsible for automation and cloud architecture optimization - Drive to improve satisfaction for both internal and external customers
- As a team member, support ByteDance's global network infrastructure operationsQualifications
- Expert knowledge of TCP/IP, routing protocols, such as ISIS, BGP, overlay technologies such as Vxlan, familiar with hyper-scale datacenter and backbone architecture - Familiar with Linux system and virtualization technologies, such as kvm, xen, hyper-v, lxc, etc. - Rich hands and troubleshooting experiences, especially in a complex environment
- Self-motivated, good communication and written skills. Team player and participate in Bytedance network global on call rotation.Preferred Qualification
- Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant field
