**Responsibilities**:

- Work with Assistant Engineers for the maintenance support of DTL Systems IT Security, IT Network and System Administration
- Responsible for failure analysis and investigation of Systems IT Security and IT Network Systems
- Responsible for the replacement program for Systems IT Security and Systems IT Network
- Responsible for cost saving, improvement and upgrading work for Systems IT Security and Systems IT Network
- Responsible to create reports for DTL Systems relating to IT Security, Network and System Administration
- Support maintenance team for DTL Systems IT Security and IT Network to meet the required standards of safety, reliability and availability
- Assist Section Head to writing maintenance, project and recovery plan, and reports
- Assist Section Head to achieve ISO certifications
- Assist Section Head to ensure the compliance to LTA CP8
- Manage the System Administration relating to user accounts, access, policy compliance, whitelist/blacklist and critical backup
- Manage the STIS content creation for internal and external customer
- Collaborate with the contractors for the defect and modification work to ensure a smooth process
- Audit of work for improvement and productivity
- Study and analyze the faults, threats and propose for improvement
- Assist Section Head to monitor all modifications and upgrading of the equipment in the IT Security and Network systems
- Assist Section Head to manage and develop Work Instructions and Specifications for maintenance of the equipment and subsystems
- Monitor and conduct regular audit on the maintenance of the equipment and process
- Assist Section Head to manage and review Work Instruction periodically
- Conduct investigation for incidents related to IT Security Systems
- Ensure the competency level of the maintenance support staffs
- Develop, plan and conduct of in-house IT Security and Network course according to WSQ
- Assess the staff’s competency after training to ensure it meets the required standards and competency for the job
- Assist in planning and coordinating of new and existing staff training plan

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Electronics, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computing in Information Systems or equivalent with at least two years of relevant IT experience in IT Security and Network
- Experience in SQL and Javascript
- Experience in handling IT Security and Cyber Threats
- Able to lead a team to perform IT Security
- Can work with own initiative and independent
- Able to cope with stress
- Strong planning, organisation
- interpersonal and communication skills
- Resourceful, self-motivated and results-oriented
- Able to identify colors
