**Responsibilities**:

- Assist Section Head to plan, develop, implement and conduct of training for DTL Systems according to Skill Framework standards
- Assist Section Head to manage and implement department quality documentation accordingly to ISO standards
- Involve, assist and follow-up in QA, SMS and CMS department audit
- Manage and monitoring the modification in the department
- Conduct training for new staff in Communications, AMS, ISCS and MMS system
- Design and implement enhance training for skill upgrade
- Audit maintenance plan execution by maintenance team and ensure all work orders are closed with the necessary attachment
- Prepare of training plan, training material and deliver training as required for the DTL Systems according to Skill Framework standards
- Ensure the submission of training documents internally and Skill Framework on time
- Ensure the implementation of the process of monitoring training of the DTL Systems to meet the specified standards of safety, reliability and availability
- Ensure competence of new and existing staff according to CMS
- Ensure proper documentation and records are kept for future audit purposes, such as proper filing and updating of all manuals, drawings, modification, fault reports and work done records
- Ensure the modification is closed with documents provided
- Ensure continuous enhance training is designed for skill upgrade
- Preparation of audit and follow up of any audit closure

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Computer Engineering or equivalent
- Preferably with ACTA certificate as trainer and assessor
- Can work with own initiative and independent
- Able to cope with stress
- Strong planning, organization, interpersonal and communication skills
- Resourceful, self-motivated and results-oriented
- Able to identify colors
