Job Summary

As a Logistics Coordinator, the incumbent will oversee order fulfillment, inbound activities, inventory management, and warehouse housekeeping to ensure efficient and accurate operations.

Main Responsibilities

1) Coordinate order fulfillment to ensure efficient and accurate picking, packing, and shipping of all orders.

2) Coordinate with part-timers and volunteers to ensure timely completion of tasks.

3) Oversee inbound activities, including inspecting, counting, and storing incoming goods correctly.

4) Utilize inventory management software and tools to track, analyze, and manage inventory data.

5) Conduct regular stocktaking to maintain accurate inventory levels.

6) Ensure warehouse safety and compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.

7) Perform other ad hoc duties as required to support warehouse operations.

Working Conditions

5-day work week: Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm

**Requirements**:
Preferably to have at least Diploma in Business Studies / Supply Chain / Logistics or equivalent

Good knowledge in Microsoft Office Suites

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Adaptable and willing to learn

Proactive, resourceful and organised

Independent as well as a good team player
