Assist with routine purchasing activities for the office and project site on tools, equipment, services, and supplies.
- Assist to source for new suppliers and liaise with existing suppliers for the approving products and services to be purchased.
- Coordinate with colleagues on the purchasing matters.
- Maintain and update supplier’s information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges and etc.
- Resolve issues related to purchasing activities that might arise.
- Documentation and record keeping.
**Requirements**:
- N-Level, O-Level or NITEC and with Microsoft office skills.
- With 1 year of administrative experience in the construction industry would be an advantage.
- With team work and in a fast-paced environment.
- Attentive and good communication skills.
- 5 days’ work week, 9am to 6pm.
- Work location at Bukit Batok Crescent WCEGA Plaza.
**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $2,200.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
