Our Business Group is a leader in wireless mobility networks and associated services. With more than 3.500 patent families essential for 5G we have a strong 5G portfolio and are a front runner in open and virtualized radio access networks (O-RAN and vRAN).

As part of our team, you will:

- Plan, deliver and execute technical activities to provides services directly and indirectly to Nokia internal and external customers
- Responsible for design, planning and optimization of Nokia Products 3G/4G & 5G planning, optimization, and acceptance
- Coordination with implementation and field teams during activity if required
- Understand customer's requirements and take the lead to provide appropriate response with solution and recommendation
- Prepare and deliver technical network design
- Plan according to technical network design
- Perform acceptance tests with customer as required
- Perform NPO related to planning & optimization work independently, which may include complex problem solving in projects with performance requirements and multi-vendor environment
- Perform network audits
- Actively share key learnings and project documentation within own technical community
- Strong contributor and ability to share competence knowledge transfer within internal and customer team
- Wors typically in several technology areas with intermediate to advanced skill level or with one technology area at an advanced skill level. Task scope includes and not limited to:

- Coach others on the efficient utilization of design and measurement tools, including internal and external troubleshooting tools
- Network Dimensioning
- Network design / Optimization with latest Nokia SW/HW Release i.e. SRAN19, FL19, 5G19A/B
- KPI Monitoring and KPI reporting to customer
- Support any NPO technical issues related to KPI analysis
- Trial features on latest SW/HW release
- Advanced network and/or service optimization
- Network audit with corresponding analysis

**Your skills and experience**

You have:

- Minimum 7 years of work experience in 3G/4G and 1-2 years in 5G Network Planning and Optimization
- Strong NPO technical knowledge
- Ability to manage team members and subcon
- Good in technical customer presentation
- Team player
- Flexible and capable to work in demanding environment to meet customer expectations

It would be nice if you also had:

- Negotiation skills, internal and external
