Drive Test Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Drive Test Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, delivering, and executing drive test activities to provide services directly and indirectly to internal and external customers.

About the Role:
  • Deliver drive test activities to meet customer requirements and expectations.
  • Collaborate with NPO teams and field teams to ensure smooth execution of activities.
  • Perform acceptance tests with customers as required.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver drive test activities according to methodology.
  • Collect data during drive test activities for Telecom Products 5G, 4G, and 3G.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, computer science).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in drive testing or a related field.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with TEMS and other RF testing equipment.
  • Knowledge of cellular theory and RF theory.
  • Familiarity with vector network analyzers and signal generators.
