Front Desk/customer Service Officer

Greet and welcome customers and visitors in a friendly and courteous manner
- Support the day-to-day business operations of the centre
- Handle counter duties which includes attending to walk-in customers or visitors, and answering of enquiries
- Handle all incoming calls
- Performing cashiering duties and handles all forms of payment methods (Cash, NETS and etc)
- Able to handle customer’s complains and provide resolution
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- ‘N’ or ‘O’ Levels with PC knowledge (Excel and Words)
- Proficient in English and Chinese (oral and written) as need to deal with Chinese base customers
- Prior experience as front desk representative or similar position
- No experience but having positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Customer orientated, mature enjoy meeting people
Working Hour
- Full time : 4 days a week (44 hours) with rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays
4 day week - 4 day x 11 hours (inclusive of one hour break)
5 day week - 5 day x 10 hours (inclusive of one hour break)
- Part time Vacancy available 20-35 hours per week. Permanent weekend part time working slot available.
