Customer Service Front Desk Receptionist

This 3 stars hotel is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Front Desk Receptionist to join their team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Location: Orchard
- Working days: 6 days
- Working hours: 3 rotating shifts – 7am to 3pm, 3pm to 11pm & 11pm to 7am
Responsibilities include:
- Booking reservations for guests, including room rates, room availability, and special requests.
- Perform registration duties for all hotel guests.
- Reviewing guest check-in information, such as name, address, credit card number, and phone number.
- Assigns appropriate guests rooms based on their preferences.
- Handles guests requests through incoming calls and performs follows up on guests' requests.
- Completing administrative tasks such as filing and photocopying.
