**We are looking for**:
A Research Scientist，based in R&I laboratory in Singapore, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing surfactant formulations for the Chemical EOR (Enhanced Oil Recovery) market. The aim is to develop surfactant formulations with appropriate technical and economical performances to allow pilot and full field deployment, and to support industrialization and field tests.

- Lead and manage R&D projects via close collaboration with regional and global R&I teams
- Design, conduct experiments and fulfill the project milestone within the timeline independently to deliver customer projects
- Continuous improvement of our chemical portfolio
- Oral and written communications of technical results to our partners and customers.
- Literature survey to upgrade technical capabilities and understand competitor’s position
- Regional travels to customers, conferences and workshops (
