Psychology and Child & Human Development

Department as an Executive. This is a 20-month contract position.

Responsibilities
- Supporting the administration and management of the Graduate Programmes by Coursework.
- Overseeing faculty administrative matters for the department.
- Serving as the department representative to ensure proper archival of project data for all programmes.
- Assisting with the administrative aspects for the Centre of Assessment and Evaluation (CAE).
- Designing posters or EDMs for departmental events.
- Supporting the NIE Wellness Centre reception duties once weekly.
- Any other responsibilities as assigned by the manager or head of department.

Requirements
- A Polytechnic Diploma.
- Ability to leverage creative expertise to design visually compelling event posters.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Experience working in an educational environment would be an advantage.
