Project Title: Investigating the psychosocial factors associated with early childhood educator well-being in Singapore

Project Introduction:
The study proposes using a sequential mixed-method longitudinal approach to explore the extent to which sociodemographic, psychological, and organizational factors contribute to well-being and burnout among Singapore ECEs. The design includes two phases with quantitative surveys in Phase 1 and qualitative interviews in Phase 2.

**Requirements**:

- A degree related to early childhood education or related fields
- Preferably with prior experience in mixed method research and familiar with research methods, such as interview and survey.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good attention to detail
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Able to learn fast, multi-task and work within tight schedules
- Proficiency in spoken and written English

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage research project
- Conduct and summarise literature review
- Assist in development research instruments
- Collect and analyse data
- Organise talks
- Write reports
- Assist with any other duties as and when assigned by Principal Investigator
