**Your key responsibilities**:

- Create and develop seasoning blends for food service ensuring alignment with client requirements, process needed and market trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sensory, creation, and marketing to bring innovative, high-quality and market relevant solution or idea and prototype to the clients.
- Conduct sensory evaluations and product testing to ensure seasoning blends meet desired taste profiles and quality standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends and consumer preferences to drive innovation and competitiveness in the product line.
- Maintain detailed documentation of formulations, processes, and testing results for all product development projects.
- Optimize and troubleshoot existing seasoning formulations to improve product performance and cost-efficiency.

**You bring**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Culinary Arts, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in savory product development. Food service-related experience is preferred.
- Good understanding of savory flavors, ingredients, materials and manufacturing process.
- Proven track record of developing successful seasoning formulations.
- Experience with sensory evaluation and flavor profiling.
- Creative, Open-Minded, and Results-Driven: Ability to think outside the box and bring innovative ideas to seasoning formulations, while maintaining a systematic approach to problem-solving, embracing new challenges, and adapting to dynamic environments for continuous growth and improvement.
