**SVP, Head of Infrastructure Security Engineering**:
**Job description**:
My client is a leading international bank with extensive footprints across the world. They’re well-known for professional services, flexible working culture, supportive working environment and promising career path. They are looking for an experienced Security Engineering leader to implement the overall strategic direction for the Infrastructure Security Engineering team and designing, developing, deploying, maintaining, and enhancing the Bank’s Infrastructure Security protection capabilities.

**Responsibilities**:
Lead team of 20+ security engineers for delivery of daily responsibilities to effectively maintain the lifecycle of infrastructure security technologies implemented
-Ensure stability and coverage of infrastructure security technologies being managed including proactively managing technology lifecycle risks
Provide leadership over strategic project improvements being delivered in conjunction with the Infrastructure Security engineering service and product roadmap and the Bank’s information and cyber security strategy
Manage the Total Cost for Infrastructure Security Engineering
Provide contemporary knowledge of trends and technologies and assess applicability to the Bank’s environment in the spirit of continuous service and capability improvement
Communicate effectively including external, technical and management staff

**Qualifications**:
Degree in engineering/Computer Science / IT/Cyber Security with related qualification (e.g. CISSP, SANS GCIA, GCIH etc.)
15 years relevant experience and managed technical resources across the technology lifecycle (design, build, deploy and maintain)
Knowledge of security tools in infrastructure security technologies
Conduct effectively translate and present solutions in business or management terms.
Provide end user, platform and network technologies including familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure and/or GCP Soft Skills
Ability to work independently and with strong people management skills
Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
Effective time management and organizational skills.
