Collaborating with Sales, the Regional Segment Manager will develop plans of action including sales enablement tools, training & content for the region. They will report to the Head of Regional Market Development, Asia. Key connection points include Sales Managers, Channel Management, Sales Specialists, Global Segment Managers & Global Campaign Managers.
**Regional Segment Manager | Asia**

Our Lab Products and Services Division is providing market leading products and services for laboratories across different industries worldwide. This crucial strategic and operational role will shape our growth for the selected Life Sciences & Applied Research market segments in the Asia region.

You will be responsible for leading the execution of the market segment strategy in alignment with the global go-to-market plans, business plans, growth strategy and sales targets.

This position will maintain an understanding of the market segment/s and customer workflows & adapt the strategies for maximum effectiveness in the region. You will be the key interface & facilitator of information between the Regional Sales, Segment Marketing and Campaign Management. This role will develop and drive initiatives resulting in measurable impact on pipeline, revenue, and market share gains. Collaborating with Sales, the Regional Segment Manager will develop plans of action including sales enablement tools, training & content for the region.

You will be based from a home office or local office and travel internationally 15% of the time.

**Reports & Relationships**:
The Regional Segment Manager will report to the Head of Regional Market Development, Asia. Key connection points include Sales Managers, Channel Management, Sales Specialists, Global Segment Managers & Global Campaign Managers.

**Main Responsibilities & Tasks**:

- Collaborate and align with Regional Sales Leaders on the annual segment marketing strategy and plans to achieve revenue targets
- Conduct Voice-of-Sales/Channel & Voice-of-Customer to capture the regional view on the market segment & competitors to continually refine our segment solutions
- Partner with Segment Marketing Managers & Campaign Managers to support relevant marketing messaging, content & asset development
- Lead, execute deployment through sales channels segment marketing campaigns in the region through the implementation of regional plans of action (POAs) that includes content, training & sales tools
- Establishment of Key Opinion Leader relationships that support segment initiatives
- Using metrics to monitor leads, pipelines and sales performance for the market segment on a regional and territory level

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- A Degree in Business or Science
- Several years of working experience in sales or marketing in life sciences or applied research industries, and/or top tier management
- Exposure to scientific laboratory settings, biopharma or pharma markets would be highly regarded
- Strong global networking skills being able to quickly build up relationships & align with stakeholders and internal knowledge owners
- Strong communication skills across all levels including senior and executive management
- Collaborative mindset to work well with diverse, cross-functional teams
- Leadership and initiative to drive business objectives
- Exceptional presentation skills — verbal and written
- High aptitude for extracting & the analysis of data to extract meaningful insights- Identification with our core values: Sustainability, Openness, Enjoyment
