**Responsibilities**:
Support the Merchandising Department, with authentication and valuation of luxury goods, operational and administrative duties.
- Manage end-to-end verification and authentication and valuation process
- Carry out quality control and checks for incoming inventories
- Conduct research on new model releases to help build a knowledge bank
- Conduct regular product training to ensure the team is knowledgeable to identify key
counterfeit features
- Maintain proper documentation of QC and authentication assessment notes
- Assist with ad-hoc projects within the Product Onboarding Team
- Work closely with cross-functional partners, including Product Onboarding, Showroom, Growth, Logistics and Warehouse Operations Teams
- Conduct instant quotations on the spot at the showroom for luxury goods

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of experience handling and authenticating luxury goods
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to the fast-paced start-up environment and to process new
information on the go
- Meticulous, detail-oriented and process driven
- Highly organised
- Have a positive can-do attitude and good problem-solving skills
- Good team player with initiative, but also able to work independently
