WE ARE LOOKING FOR.....
The incumbent’s main responsibility is to provide support on the customer enquiry mailbox.
- Provide support on customer service requests from Life Ops (POS/Customer Services), Finance or other departments relating to insurance policy values/benefits;
- To enhance/develop Microsoft Excel calculations tools for Life Ops to self-help;
- Prepare user requirement specification and support on UATs for system enhancement/fix and liaise with stakeholder on any related service recovery works.
Minimum Job Requirements
- Degree in Actuarial Science, or Maths/Statistics
- At least 1-2 years working experience in life insurance preferably with some pricing experience
- Associate of accredited actuarial organizations (i.e. USA, UK, Australia) or close to Associate
- Proficient in MS Excel and Database handling
- Prophet skills will be a plus
