- The Product Design Manager will be responsible for crafting user experiences across Web2 and Web3, helping brands and creators to connect and engage with their audiences using the power of NFTs.- This senior UX role provides the opportunity to become a design leader in Web3 by solving the important challenges in this rapidly evolving space. - Recruit, interview, hire, and train design talent in the department- Manage Singapore-based and remote design teams and creators- Build a culture of excellence in all aspects of design and user experience- Ensure high performance, motivation and productivity within the teams- Grow future leaders by continually investing in the personal and professional growth of your team- Product Planning and Design Vision
- Develop design aspects of AWSt’s strategy to ensure a leading accessible Web3 stack- Drive and communicate the company’s design agenda during key meetings and when making design hiring decisions- Maintain current knowledge of UX design landscape, especially revolving Web3- Take initiative in thought leadership, innovation and creativity- Plan for design localisation for expansion to worldwide markets- Ensure proper design documentation- Role-model responsible UX practices - both by creating world-class responsible design practices, and partnering with other functions on their capability- Execution
- Drive the overall user experience of AWSt by defining and creating a brand guideline- Help guide our overall company strategy through design, prototyping, and market research- Attending client meetings to collect and synthesize customer insights- Communicating research insights through journey mapping, personas, wireframes, storytelling and presenting to internal and external teams- Think through how to solve complex user problems while factoring in technical constraints across hardware and software- Maintain a consistent visual style, voice, and message across mediums- Work closely with engineers to support implementation- Run your own design sprints and design thinking workshops/research initiatives- Work closely with our CPO on the product and design strategy- Assist in hiring team members in the design department- Partner closely with marketing to communicate brand value- Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience in a design role and 2 years leading design teams- Demonstrated track record of leadership in design- Hands on experience across the areas of service design & UX methodologies- Experience working in design agencies or Series A+ companies- Proven experience with design thinking process and running design workshops- Excellent communication skills- Organized and self-sufficient- Thrive in a startup culture, dealing with fast pace and changing needs- How to Apply-
