**What the role is**

**What you will be working on**
- You will join a vibrant team to develop, manage and promote the accreditation schemes of the Singapore Accreditation Council, under the purview of Enterprise Singapore. You will be required to: i. Oversee the development, transition and management of the main SAC processing portal - Coordinating and managing security testing, data migration, UAT sessions and follow up with vendor for process enhancements - Liaising with vendor to resolve teething issues after rollout of enhanced SACiNet system, assisting with user feedback/enquiries and supporting minor enhancements - Overseeing the day-to-day system/portal maintenance and support ii. Support assessment processes streamlining, documentation review, including - Streamlining of processes for enhancement in SACiNet - Optimisating assessment scheduling for Assessors and CABs - Improving existing Query Reports module in the SACiNet - Data Mining of information in the SACiNet for trending and improvement projects iii. Support the development and expansion of SAC Knowledge Centre (training and content sharing), including: - Liaising with team and stakeholders to work out the training content - Assisting with the UAT and follow-up with the vendor iv Management and maintenance of the SAC website - Engaging internal communications and operations teams to support development and management of website content - Working with stakeholders to review and update the content timely

**What we are looking for**
- Requirements An experienced professional with a degree in Operations/Project Management, Industrial/Process Engineering or IT-related disciplines. You should have at least three years of relevant work experience and possess strong interpersonal and project organizational skills. You should have an eye for details, good writing and communication skills as well as good numeracy and analytical skills. You should also have a high standard of computer literacy, accompanied with knowledge in process re-engineering. You should be a team player as well as be able to work independently to manage concurrent projects.
