Bunker Operations Executive

Singapore MARINE ONLINE (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. Full time

Reporting to the Bunkering Manager, the Bunker Operations Executive will provide support to the sales team in the form of order tracking, data entries and documentations management.

Main Tasks:

- Follow up day-to-day operations.
- System entry for deals transation.

**1.JOB SUMMARY, PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ensure all orders fixed through Marine online platform are enter correctly
- To ensure each orders is follow through with checks to suppliers and agents
- To check that each orders is smoothly supplied and also to update the customers on the system of the status of the supply
- To ensure the local suppliers upload post-delivery documents online.
- To communicate and work with the Financial team that supply documentation are complete and accurate.
- Check all post-delivery documents are complete and also accurate.
- Check with Financial Management Executive whether customer have paid Cash In Advance before supply
- Identify potential supply and delivery issues and resolve them before they arise.
- To be the first contact points to suppliers when the problems arises during supply and coordinate with the customer service executive to contact customer
- To have prior skills in claims settlement is highly preferred

**2. **JOB SPECIFICATION / REQUIREMENT / COMPETENCY**
- Excellent communication and team player skills.
- Proficient in Chinese and English 2 major languages.
- Good negotiation skills and knowledge of bunkering and fuel oil.

**3. EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE**
- Minimum a Diploma in Maritime or other relevant discipline;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in shipping/bunker industry, experience in e-commerce is an advantage
