**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily planning and scheduling of bunker deliveries and cargo loading to ensure timely and seamless operations.
- Act as the central point of contact between internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth vessel activities.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to minimize operational delays and maintain peak efficiency.
- Develop and implement programming tools or systems to enhance operational workflows and optimize processes.
- Monitor and analyze vessel performance metrics, focusing on reducing operational costs and maximizing efficiency.

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in maritime operations or a related field.
- Prior exposure to the oil and gas industry is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to dynamic work environments and handle high-pressure situations effectively.
- Strong programming knowledge to support process improvement and automation.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to coordinate with diverse stakeholders.
