JR62169 QRA Technician, Managed NAND

As a Non-Volatile Memory QRA (NVMQRA) Managed NAND (mNAND) Technician, you will be responsible for coordinating Quality and Reliability testing as well as collecting and reporting on data for failures generated during testing. You will perform initial verification of mNAND failures generated from AQL sampling, reliability testing on automatic test equipment (ATE). You will also correlate failure information to Backend test results and record test results in a database. In this role you will work with various QRA Engineering groups to receive instructions and communicate results, and will coordinate with QRA/Manufacturing teams to acquire needed test equipment.

Responsibilities and Tasks
- Coordinate batching of samples and/or failures for testing/processing
- Gather failure information/background, backend test history
- Coordinate with QRA/Manufacturing teams to acquire needed test equipment.
- Operate specified test equipment (Mag5, Advantest, Micromate)
- Perform 1_st_ level failure verification
- Perform Benchtop analysis, IV analysis
- Manage engineering requests
- Determine fail type (electrical, functional)
- Generate failure summary in a database - log failure mode, including IDD values, fail location via bit map, failing registers, failing pin information, FID information
- Perform MAM tracking

Requirement:

- Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering and related courses with 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Good organization and communication skills
