JR16658 TSE NAND Core Senior Manager
- Responsible for Functional PROBE C1/C1+/Reliability and BURN test program development for all NAND parts introduction to the fab and backend site, from 1st silicon to Qualification to high volume manufacturing.
- Meet and Exceed New PROBE/BURN flow development for NPI parts to meet 12/15 months Cadence goals.
- Develop new Reliability PROBE Test flow like WLH, WLR, WLQ for NAND products.
- Drives breakthroughs in areas of PROBE/BURN test flow and infrastructure that significantly improve cumulative yield, quality, cost and time-to-market as part of Shift-Left strategies.
- PROBE/BURN capacity creation through test time reduction projects. Achieves all devices test time budgets and challenge it to go beyond by identifying further opportunities and innovations.
- Work with SIG to define next generation testers’ requirement for cost, capability and testing efficiency. Support Manufacturing site on tools’ troubleshooting relating to test program or firmware.
- Define and Drive TSE’s KPIs that support and align to the fab, backend and overall company directions.
- Responsible for the development and training of TSE managers and engineers to grow in their managerial and technical expertise.
- Probe, Burn and ESDA data management and provide solution to YA/PI/QEM on new PROBE/ESDA test or Data stream, to improve cumulative yields.
- Lead cross functional teams to resolve testing related issues of a complex nature.
- Strong Collaboration with Fab PI, QEM and Media Health team to improve PROBE and BURN yield.
- Strong Collaboration with Product Engineering and Technology Development group to develop a best in class PROBE and BURN flow for NAND device testing that has the best yield and quality coverage.
