Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will be a trusted partner to our CEO. Your scope will range from operational to strategic tasks, helping our CEO coordinate various projects and business demands at xNara across the globe.

**_Key accountabilities: _**
- Manage inboxes and calendars, act as the administrative point of contact for the CEO.
- Establish deep cooperation with Executive Committee members and facilitate information exchange.
- Conduct web-based research on but not limited to customers, vendors, suppliers etc.
- Create analysis based on the insights and information gathered through research.
- Present result/ outcome to the CEO within the agreed timeframe.
- Collaborate and liaison within xNara teams as and when required.
- Recognize challenges and delicate situations and facilitate resolutions with recommendations and actions.
- Participate in or manage ad hoc projects as directed by the CEO.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, professional events, and business travel.
- Prepare meeting minutes and dispatch communications throughout the organization.
- Generate reports, presentations, and briefs on a regular and ad-hoc basis.

**_Technical Capabilities/Skills & Core Competencies: _**
- Bachelor or master’s degree Business Administration, or equivalent field.
- You have 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency with MS Office, knowledge of Analytics is a plus.
- You are a problem-solver with strong analytical skills.
- Strong Project management, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- You have impeccable interpersonal skills and maintain a strict level of confidentiality.
- Ability to communicate across all levels and functions in the organization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to anticipate issues and risks and manage resolutions.
- Strong personal drive, desire to grow, and ability to work independently.
- You are available to travel (multiple times in a month).
