Try and Review is looking for a senior leader to manage its Campaign Team and run the Operations. This person will report to the Founding Team of the business and will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong and thriving campaign team. The focus of the Campaign and Ops function is to guarantee client satisfaction through a relentless focus on best-in-class User Generated Content (UGC) campaign execution and operations. The success of the team is measured on overall post-campaign client satisfaction as well as client retention. The job includes:
**Lead Client Success Team**
- Managing a team of Campaign Managers/Coordinators, who are responsible for the execution of our Try and Review campaigns using our UGC collection best practices and processes.
- Guarantee the attainment of 100% of campaign KPIs agreed with clients within timeline
- Staff planning, allocation and utilization management
- Mentor, coach and help train Campaign Managers/Coordinators to help them grow in their current role as well as assist in career-pathing inside our organization
- Evangelise Try and Review’s vision and positioning on the market

**Drive Smooth Operations**
- Be responsible for the development and continuous improvement of processes, tools and systems to improve the quality of service to clients and optimize workflows
- Contribute to the improvement of product design based on client/market feedback
- Consult with other teams (marketing/sales) to make sure mutual objectives are met in support of client satisfaction
- Be the voice of the clients back to the Founding Team and Sales Team to make sure Try & Review services are always in line with the client/market expectations and needs

**What we are looking for**:

- Skills_
- Proven track record of providing top-notch service to customers/clients/accounts including meeting or exceeding KPIs and objectives
- Minimum five years’ experience managing projects and teams (local and remote)
- Passionate about problem solving and solutions implementation
- Strong analytic background for both internal business analytics and consultation to clients.
- Subject matter expertise in general marketing, digital marketing, CRM, social technologies, eCommerce and/or Web 2.0 technologies.
- Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills with outstanding command of English for collaboration across interdependent functions/teams and consultation to clients.
- Senior presence, for both internal and client executive interactions with highest degree of initiative, courtesy and professionalism
- Ability to provide critical feedback on new operational protocols and to make suggestions for improvement.
- Passion for people - developing, mentoring, training and up leveling skills
- Personality_
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask/prioritize in a fast paced, dynamic work environment.

**Nice to have**:

- Experience utilizing any project Management Software, Zendesk, Google sheet and slides, Hubspot + any tools in support of customer analysis, tracking and interactions

**Salary**: S$6,500 to S$9,000 based on experience
