**Job Title: Graphic and UI Designer**

**Pay Range: (Variable depending on experience)Start Date: Immediately**

**About Us**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Focus**: Primarily digital design and UI for our platforms and brand, with responsibilities in social media content, website and platform design, and event space print materials.
- Design and refine user interfaces for our websites and digital platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Create visually appealing graphics, branding materials, and post images for our blog and social media.
- Design and oversee the production of event space layouts and print materials.
- Uphold and evolve our brand identity across all platforms and products, ensuring consistency and alignment with our company ethos.
- Work agilely on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, taking initiative to resolve issues and enhance design quality.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product development teams, and other stakeholders.
- Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback, striving for improvement and innovation.
- (Optional) Create motion graphics and animations for web pages and UI components.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, and others.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Ability to match and subtly evolve existing branding and design aesthetics.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with project management tools like ClickUp.
- Capability to work independently, taking ownership of tasks and proactively addressing potential issues.
- (preferred) Skills in motion graphics or video editing.
- (preferred) Familiarity with NFTs and blockchain technology.

**Location: Singapore (In-Office)**

**Salary**: $4,500.00 - $6,500.00 per month

- Lower Secondary Qualification (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Blockchain or NFT: 1 year (preferred)
