You are a highly creative, intuitive, resourceful, and motivated person with good sense of aesthetics as well as keen eye for visual details. You have the passion and acumen to create visually compelling designs for a range of mediums including print, digital, and social media. You have a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members. You will be working closely with the Senior Graphic Designer and Creative Lead to design, coordinate and integrate exhibits, graphics, and media concepts into the overall needs of the physical, digital or phygital platforms.
- What will you be doing?- Working closely with Creative Lead and various teams, both internal and external, to brainstorm and develop creative concepts and designs for a wide range of exceptional experiences across physical, digital and phygital realms
- Designing and producing a wide range of creative works that may include but not limited to print collaterals, presentations, proposals, communication materials, marketing materials, games, web pages and apps
- Ensuring all creative designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintaining consistency in messaging, visual style and branding across all platforms
- Creating high-quality, creative and engaging visual content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn that aligns with the brand’s tone, voice and personality
- Creating animations, illustrations, (shooting and editing high-quality videos, photos and basic 3D modelling is a plus) to be used on various platforms
- Assisting to design and produce UI/UX design solutions for both internal and external projects
- Preparing for final artwork packages by operating necessary software
- Working closely with team members to ensure project timelines and deadlines are met
- Managing and prioritising multiple projects while maintaining high standards of quality and attention to details
- Staying up-to-date with emerging design trends and best practices
- What are we looking for?- A Diploma or B.A. in Graphic Design with a minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design or related field High level of fluency with Adobe CS Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD)), Figma, (3D modelling is a plus)
- Proven experience in multiple phases of the design process, including conceptualisation, design development and FA process
- Excellent typography and layout knowledge
- Ability to meet tight deadlines whilst not compromising on quality
- Impeccable eye for detail
- Good communication skills
- Proactive with a positive, can-do mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
- Knowledge of photography, animation and video production is a plus
