**Responsibilities**:
Internal Audit
- Set up annual audit plan
- Conduct internal audit; Prior research, fieldwork including interview and sampling etc., create audit report
- Follow up on improvement plan
- Review and update business process documents JSOX process
- Conduct self-assessment
- Maintain compliance related policies
- Create a minutes of compliance committee
- Conduct compliance training
- Investigation
- Managing the team member
- Managing the progress on department work
- Lead the internal audit team
- Communication with parent company, Management, Lawyer and other departments

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business Administration
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in internal audit roles
- The following qualifications are preferred:

- Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)
- Qualification Internal Audit Leadership (QIAL)
- Logical thinking
- Fast learner
- Good at data analysis
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Supervisory, team management and project management skills
- Open to travelling as this job may require some overseas travel (i.e. Japan, Denmark, Bogota etc).
