We are seeking a Project Admin to assist the project manager on the operations of the project, in accordance with company procedures, including the improvement of productivity, schedule, delivery, customer satisfaction and safety performance.
**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for various administrative duties surrounding the project.
- Worked closely with project manager throughout the project life cycle.
- Work with other partner’s system on the integration to our system at our office staging area.
- Provide remote support to project engineers if there are any issues on sites
- Assist Project Manager in writing and organise project documents such as System Design document, As built documents, Acceptance test document, training manual, etc.
- Any other duties as assigned.
