As a Marketing Intern at BUTLERâ„¢ Group, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our digital marketing initiatives. Your primary focus will be on creating engaging graphic content and short videos that align with our brand's vision. **Key Responsibilities**:
â— Create visually appealing graphics for social media, websites, and marketing materials.

â— Develop short, engaging video content for various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

â— Schedule and publish social media content, incorporating creative copywriting to maximize engagement.

â— Maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent and well-planned posting schedule.

â— Assist in website content updates and editing using Elementor to ensure the site remains visually appealing and up to date.

â— Support in creating marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and infographics.

â— Edit and enhance video footage to align with the brand's messaging and aesthetics.

â— Research current design trends and incorporate them into our marketing efforts.

â— Assist in the planning and execution of social media strategies to boost engagement and brand awareness.

â— Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and conceptualize creative content for marketing campaigns.

â— Stay updated on new features, trends, and platform updates for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

â— Provide support in any ad-hoc marketing tasks as required, such as event promotions, photography, or basic web content updates.

**Requirements**:
â— Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree/diploma in Marketing, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.

â— A creative portfolio showcasing graphic and video content (link to portfolio is a plus).

â— Proficient in graphic design tools such as Canva Pro, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.

â— Basic video editing skills using software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.

â— Photo manipulation skills (e.g., retouching, compositing) would be an added advantage.

â— Some copywriting experience to create compelling and engaging captions or short-form copy.

â— Strong attention to detail and a passion for visual storytelling.

â— Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

â— Knowledge of social media platforms and trends is a bonus.
