Regional Client Finance Lead

**What this job involves**:
Accountable for the successful delivery of a comprehensive range of financial services and support as defined in the Client Contract
Manage the day-to-day regional financial and accounting operations on the client reporting requirements at a local and regional level
Achieve KPI, financial, and other targets as established for the Client account
Monitor and ensure efficient use of resources, manage client budgetary function and oversight of the accounts payable and receivable function
A strategic partner with the JLL Operations teams as well as with the Client teams

Business Partnering
Support Regional Account Director in handling business, operational, financial decision making, risk mitigation
Measuring and review of financial KPIs
Identify and implement process improvements
Identify revenue opportunities along with Account lead and ensure accurate recognition in books
Support operations teams to identify and implement cost reduction and quality improvements

Invoice Payments & Billings
Work with FSC to manage vendor payments & maintain all necessary guidelines and manuals associated with the accounts payable / receivable process
Accountable for the timely coordination of the JLL invoice processing and monitoring the accounts receivable ensuring management of Jones Lang LaSalle cashflow relating to Account
Ensure timely submission of JLL invoices to Client AP team

Reporting/Forecasting/Planning
Prepare annual budget, monthly forecasts and accruals for both client & JLL reporting
Maintain tracker for change control & reactive additional spend
Oversee and manage ME process for the portfolio - including the management of JDE E1, review ME reconciliations, monthly accruals and working with FSC and operations teams to meet client deliverables
Conduct monthly management reporting meetings with Client team

Data Management, Policies & Procedures & Audit
Serve as primary POC for Client’s finance team
Ensure that appropriate process and systems controls are in place and maintained to guarantee the integrity of all transactions
Ensure that all financial accounting and reporting is audit worthy and in keeping with recognized quality management processes
Provide support for client’s ad-hoc audit queries
Ensure all operation staff are well trained on the financial systems
