Job description

**Job Scope**:

- Perform outbound sales calls to existing customer and cold calls to new prospective clients.
- Enter and update customer information in the database.
- Schedule delivery / appointment for sales team.
- Answer enquiries about Company's products & services.
- Work closely with the Sales Team to develop and implement sales, eCommerce and service strategies to achieve (or exceed) committed targets in the relevant products, through telesales calls.

**Requirements**:

- Strong telephone etiquette and communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Full-Time position(s) available.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $1,800.00 - $2,400.00 per month
