**Warehouse Executive, Singapore**
This position is responsible to assist the Warehouse Assistant Manager in running the day-to-day operations and manage warehouse activities as well as perform data mining, data collection and some degree of Data Analysis. This position will be given the opportunity to assist the Regional Warehouse Manager in the SAP support for both local and Regional Warehouses. Additionally, handles system testing and troubleshooting as well as collection of regional warehouses data and compute reports.

**The Position**:

- Work with production in coordinating raw material call-offs, identify the gap if there’s any shortage and any urgent or weekend requirement due to any surge in volume.
- Manage the replenishment of all warehouses and 3PL consumables and indirect materials requirement (i.e. Shrink Wrap, Pallets, Trim Sheets, labels and ribbons, Sampling bottles, edge guard, pallets straps, stationary, uniforms, PPE etc)
- Act as a backup to the Warehouse Administrator in performing Inbound Goods Receipt for RM, Technical Goods Receipt and Contract Receipt including Optical Character Recognition (OCR).
- Assist in Generating Picklist and Post Goods Issue for Outbound activities when required.
- Drafting of Work Instruction for Warehouse and assist the Warehouse AM in uploading Operating Procedure into IMS System.
- Jointly work with Warehouse AM in developing and uploading Warehouse forms to comply ISO into IMS System of records.
- Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) coordinator for the Warehouse team and is responsible for organizing meetings and discussions to accomplish a minimum 1 audit each year. Submit TPM Kaizen to participate for Regional TPM award.
- Monitoring and tracking of 3PL inventory fill rate.
- Assist the Warehouse AM in updating the KPI’s.
- Update monthly SAP MB51 report for the Cost Tracker Monitor for the Warehouse Manager.
- Update saving for Contract Renewal and Saving for Sampling bottles.
- Update weekly pallets occupancy for external Warehouses.
- Assist with the Warehouse AM in tabulating rates comparison reports for analysis and negotiation and helps with activities relating to contract renewal.
- Verify monthly external Warehouses activities and billing accuracy.
- Assist the Warehouse AM in overseeing the warehouse operation whenever required.
- Assist the Warehouse AM in supporting all Internal and external audits
- Assist the Regional Warehouse Manager in providing Level 1 SAP support for both local Regional Warehouses.
- Assist Warehouse AM in doing Level 1 system testing on System change requests.
- To assist the Warehouse AM in organizing Annual Stock Take and stock-take or cycle count organization and preparation.
- Monitor all licensing requirements (i.e. SCDF Vehicle transport License, Vehicle Hazmat inspection, Personnel Hazmat licensing renewal course).
- Ensure and Organize for the monthly SLOB write-off to be executed timely and accurately.
- Support the Warehouse AM in providing Staff orientation and refresher training.
- Handle ad-hoc assignments from superior.
- Minimum Degree in Logistics/Warehouse/Supply Chain Management with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Diploma in relevant field with at least 3 years of experience are highly welcomed too.
- Possesses self-regulation attributes.
- Proficient in data analytical skills and attention to details.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English.
- A strong team player with good inter-personal skill and able to work well with different key stakeholders.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Class 3 driving license is an added advantage.
