APAC being one of the key regions on a world-wide level for the brand is on a fast growth momentum and is recruiting new team member to support its business needs and the growth in the region.

**YOUR IMPACT **_____

Be the key support to Regional General Manager / the regional lead or point of reference when it comes to Business Controlling topics pertaining to the fast-evolving APAC business development needs. To support the brand in all financial aspects including set-up of all appropriate internal controlling processes, monthly management reporting, budgets, and all ad-hoc arising finance-related needs, while constantly improving the level of business monitoring by developing relationships with all members of the organization and adapting to the business environment. The Business Controller will take part in and will challenge key business decisions using relevant reporting and analysis and presenting data in a commercial way to optimize efficiency of activities and costs. She/he will also ensure best practices and coherent financial processes across, making recommendations and implementing as appropriate.

**YOUR MISSION **_____

**_Key contact for APAC local and travel retail business activities _**
- Define appropriate analysis to be set-up for APAC in line with business needs pertaining to distributors, subsidiary, and HQ requirements
- Share actual and budget activities with all stakeholders (region /local /HQ)
- Guide and support internal teams on the business analysis (local reports, specific HQ reports )

**_Within that scope _**
- Partner closely distributors, subsidiary & HQ teams to develop excellent knowledge of Acqua di Parma regional business environments
- Analyze the overall delivery of company financial targets on a regular basis and report back to the business with recommendations as necessary
- Evaluate profitability of the brand
- Analyze the profitability by customer and by subsidiary in accordance with brand management needs
- Analyze the business risk and preparation of back-up plan for business target achievement
- Check and analyze monthly P&Ls, and prepare the monthly consolidated package
- Handle local reports requested by the regional and HQ teams
- Forecasts (Budget, Revision, Landing,)
- Prepare budget and revisions in accordance with parent company requirements and timetable, working with the local management and finance teams to gather information in a timely and accurate way
- Maintain cost control responsibility; provide relevant reports and rationale, with recommended action plans to the business for tight budget control
- Support the brand in preparing the 3 years plan
- Ad hoc Analyses & Business KPI Reporting
- Prepare/review the investments requests
- Drive and prepare business analysis to support the various business functions such as marketing and sales in terms of ROI relations
- Provide analytical support to cross-function initiatives and ad hoc projects
- First level approval for POs and T&E claims

**_Projects _**
- Participate in new markets opening preparation, simulations, and operations
- Continually seek to improve processing efficiency and controlling capabilities of the organization
- Participate in the implementation of finance / IT projects for the controlling functions if relevant
- Reinforce internal control requirements and implement procedures as necessary
- Be a key contact person with HQ/Countries/Distributors / LFCS audit team to drive the retail audits process if relevant

**_Planning & Forecast _**
- Drive the monthly forecasting process
- Guide the planning phase for the region

**WHAT YOU OFFER **_____
- University degree major in business or finance
- A minimum of 4-6 years of controlling experience with strong knowledge of accounting required
- Good experience in a similar position in Beauty industry would be a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a team player
- Highly motivated, autonomous with strong business interest and acumen
- Able to adapt to changing & complex business needs and able to work under pressure & to meet deadlines
- Well organized with ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Technical skills: Microsoft, SAP, Power BI required
- Strong knowledge of the Beauty industry in APAC a plus
