About the team
The integrated marketing team crafts and executes integrated marketing and communications & campaign strategies that resonate with our diverse audience across SEA. The team builds brand awareness, drive user engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience. Whether it's launching innovative marketing campaigns, optimizing user interfaces, or crafting compelling narratives, the team's contributions are essential to TikTokShop's success in SEA.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Identify cost-decreasing opportunities through promotion tools efficiency
2. Analyze current platform promotional tools performance, which includes
- Cross region comparison to understand the current state of SEA if compared to other region
- Define room of improvements for the promotion tools
- Test and analyze new initiatives for improvements
- Expand the best practice for all TTS SEA IMC team

3. Compare the effectiveness through competitors' monitoring
4. Identify key challenges that hinder platform voucher promotion tools ROAS
5. Define key initiatives to increase the platform voucher ROAS
6. Identify key opportunities on how to increase the sellers' voucher investment
- Analyze current seller voucher investment on the platform
- Identify key initiatives from competitors that could increase sellers' participation in providing vouchers
- Define key initiatives on how to increase seller voucher investment

7. Collaborate with DA and country teams to analyze and identify current situations
8. Cooperate with country teams on cost-efficiency initiatives
9. Monitor the success rate of those key initiatives

**Qualifications**:
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management skills to oversee special projects from conception to execution
- Proven experience in managing multiple projects and P&L of these projects

Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in English and any local languages
- Minimum 2 years of experience in consulting, strategy, business analysis, operational strategy
