**Financial Controller Responsibilities Are As Follow**
- Oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and tax compliance
- Develop and maintain financial systems and processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting and tax regulations
- Manage and maintain financial records and ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and board of directors
- Develop and manage the annual budget and track expenses to ensure that expenditures are within budget limits
- Conduct financial analysis, including cost-benefit analysis, to support decision-making
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Monitor and analyse financial trends to identify potential areas for improvement
- Provide guidance and support to the finance team to ensure that all financial activities are carried out effectively
**Requirements**:
- 3+ years of experience in financial management or related field will be an added advantage
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
- Experienced with financial software and tools
- Ability to work independently with a sense of initiative
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively
- Experience working with senior management and board of directors
