**What the role is**
- As a Senior Manager / Manager / Assistant Manager in the Mental Health Office, you will play a critical role to support the coordination of Whole-of-Government efforts and development of strategies and policies in the implementation of the National Mental Health and Well-being Strategy. You will also support longer term strategic planning and development of enablers in mental health care and promotion of social-health integration for the mental health ecosystem of the future. You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time.

**What you will be working on**
- To develop an effective mental health ecosystem, you will support the Office to implement the National Mental Health and Well-being Strategy (“Strategy”) in the following areas but not limited to: (1) Coordinate and monitor Whole-of-Government efforts under the Strategy through developing, coordinating and monitoring population-level mental health and well-being indicators and maintaining the Office’s resource allocation; (2) Conduct strategic planning and enabler development for the mental health ecosystem, e.g. develop strategies to address gap and challenges in the mental health research landscape; and (3) Employ data science techniques to monitor, project, and optimise mental healthcare utilisation patterns; and develop and maintain monitoring and reporting processes to provide timely updates to key stakeholders.
