Singapore OVERSEAS TECHNICAL ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. Full time

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Preparation of Statutory and Management Financial Reporting in accordance with the Statutory Acts, governing bodies rules and regulations and approved accounting standards applicable to the Group.
- Assist to prepare the forecast and projection of the respective company and also to assist in preparation of Group Financial Plans, Country and Divisional Annual Budget and Forecast.
- To strictly adhere to the reporting timeline and to ensure prompt and accurate preparation of Quarterly Reporting on financial statements for ultimate interim reporting to Bursa Malaysia by Dialog Group Berhad.
- To prepare the management reports in the required format to facilitate the analysis of divisional group reports, the relevant financial analysis and to assist in the preparation and consolidation of group accounts, where applicable.
- To maintain the accounting system (Microsoft AX and SAP) and enhance internal control system.
- Handle tax administration matters and assist in tax planning and advisory, including filing of GST in Singapore.
- Assist in managing finance and treasury matters.
- Supervise and guide accounting team and ensure that staffs have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their relevant functions.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banker and statistics department, where necessary.
- Assist Divisional Head in all operation matters and ensure that flow of the operation adhere to the company’s policies, Limit of Authority, and other rules and regulations.
- To monitor and work closely with the Operation Team for prompt collection of payment and to highlight follow up actions taken on any amounts which exceeded the normal credit terms.
- To perform other duties as required by the Finance Manager, Head, Group Accounts & Treasury and Group Chief Financial Officer.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Accounting or Professional Qualification in Accountancy
- 4 years of relevant working experience
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Commitment to confidentiality regarding all finance records
- Meticulous and good time management and analytical skills
- Willing to work in Tuas
- Added advantage if applicant has experience in SAP ERP and/or Finance function in Indonesia
