Their manufacturing plants span across in Singapore (being the Group Head Office), overseas countries with constantly evolving market and improving its capabilities. **THE POSITION**

The **Factory Manager **is key member whom will make significant contribution towards the success of the company’s businesses. The Manager is responsible for all production scheduling, materials, inventory control, logistics and warehousing to ensure all customers’ orders are executed timely, and meet the expectations and qualities as per specifications required.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Lead and manage all aspects of operations, including production, process, planning, quality, output, logistics and warehouse, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, standards, and production schedules.
- Develop and enforce stringent control standards to enhance product excellence and exceed client expectations.
- Supervise sub-ordinates, tasks assignment, oversee decision-making in staffing, in-coming in-process, out-going inspection. Logistics and warehouse.
- Ensure efficient machine utilization to meet production targets and conformance to specifications and cost efficiency.
- Ensure that the facility runs efficiently and direct all production, quality control, and quality assurance processes are implemented to achieve consistent reliability and output.
- Keep up to date on all current problems and issues in the production floor and provide feasible and effective solutions.
- Create and present management reports focus on production progress, performance metrics, and strategic improvement and recommendations.
- Train, motivate, and supervise factory operations while adhering to all safety, performance, and environmental standards
- Collaborate with the HR department in hiring, training, and performance evaluation of employees.
- Nurture positive relationships with clients, consistently delivering on commitments and surpassing their requirements. Communicate and cultivate warm and friendly work environment among internal staff, suppliers and vendors.

**CANDIDATE’S REQUIREMENTS**
- Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering with min 10 years experiences in manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership skills, backed by a successful track record in optimizing production workflows.
- Good understanding of safety regulations, policies, and a demonstrated commitment to maintaining a secure work environment.
- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience in devising efficient machine layouts and automate for production optimization and output.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including HR, Design, Engineering, and QA departments.
- Proven expertise in overseeing daily routines, meeting customer expectations, supervising workers, and maintaining production line standards.
